•  THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY (BRASIL) LTDA. (hereinafter "DISNEY") does hereby inform users of DISNEY's website, "www.disney.com.br" (hereinafter the "Users" and the "Website") about its personal data protection policy (hereinafter the “Personal Data") so that Users may decide freely and of their own accord whether they agree to provide to DISNEY the Personal Data which may be required or obtained from Users at the time of subscription or sign-in to any of the services offered by DISNEY in the Website or through the Website. DISNEY does hereby reserve the right to amend this policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or case-law, as well as to prevailing practices in the industry. In these cases, DISNEY shall inform any amendment made through this site reasonably in advance prior to those amendments entering into force.

•  Personal Data shall be the object of automated processing and shall be incorporated to the corresponding automated personal data fields of which DISNEY shall be the owner and responsable party. •  DISNEY uses a registration process requiring the User's voluntarily adhesion in order to enter the User's personal data. During this registration process, a username and a single password shall be required so that the User may enter and update the User's data as many times as it may be necessary.

•  The purpose of this automated collection and processing of Personal Data is that Users may enter this information in DISNEY's database for eventual personnel selection processes, both for DISNEY and its affiliated companies.

•  DISNEY reserves the right to cancel any User off and prevent that User's future access to the website in the event of violation of the above-mentioned terms and conditions in case of abuse, illegal act or any other manner of obstruction thereof.
